Smith and John
Smith and John began trading in 1998, bringing together technical expertise in a range of web technologies, project management, multi media, brand management, and marketing. Having recently moved to new premises in the High Street, Edinburgh, Smith and John is a small but growing firm, attracting clients that include the United Nation, BBC, Scottish Enterprise and the Edinburgh Chambers of Commerce along with a large number of small Scottish Businesses and private bodies.

We place particular importance on understanding the way our clients' businesses work, and identifying new ways of attracting the clients they want. Through the application of carefully targeted creative strategies our team will help grow your business.

AllStrat
AllStrat offers a range of services designed to help business owners take advantage of the  opportunities which may come their way, through developing a strong understanding of conditions inside the client firm and the conditions in the world in which that firm operates.  The firm has applied these techniques in a wide range of industry sectors:  from Media to Fine Art; Food Processing to Tourism; Internet Technology to Power System Engineering.

These services are designed to be interchangeable and support each other:

Group facilitation – capturing the insight and knowledge available from the people in your business.

Management team development – using computerised “virtual” businesses your people are allowed (indeed, we strongly encourage it!) to break as they learn how to work together and practice new skills.

Strategy development and Future analysis – using tried and tested techniques to help firms understand their purpose and how they can structure themselves to take advantage of new opportunities.

Mentoring – Helping businesses and individuals identify their goals and a means to achieve them.

Fostering Innovation – “Innovation” is a condition, not designing the latest widget.  Find out how to create the right condition in your firm.
